  • Check-in 1PM ～/ Check-out 10AM
  • Early check-in (8AM-1PM) / Late check-out (after checking out-8PM) takes a half of the rate of a day
  • Check-in before 8AM, charges 1 day rate more.
  • Availability for Early check-in / Late check-out are depend on circumstances. Inquiry first please.
  • We can keep your luggage since 8AM in check-in day.
  • We can keep your luggage until 8PM after checking out.
  • We do not take responsibility for your valuables. Please keep them by yourselves.
  • All bathroom and kitchen are common use. Two private rooms guests would share one bathroom.
  • Dormitories have bathroom inside.
  • We accept Philippine Peso in cash only.
  • If you like to pay in credit card, can be booked through Airbnb booking website.
  • Cancellation fee is going to be charged. (day before arrival day:50%, on the day of arrival: 100%)
